The inside of this unique building features high vaulted ceilings with brilliant sunshine streaming through the dormer windows on the roof. For your privacy, there are two bedrooms with their own private bathrooms each featuring marble showers. The fully equipped kitchen is finished with granite countertops, new stainless appliances and a stained concrete floor. High speed internet helps you stay in touch with the outside world and the large lcd tv in the comfortable living area is there for your enjoyment. This home also includes a new stackable washer and dryer.

This exclusive property is located in the pristine Animas River Valley on private acreage only 5 minutes from downtown Durango and is teeming with wildlife such as deer, elk and beautiful birdlife. The majestic cliffs start on the property and rise with incredible beauty to the east. To the west, enjoy views of Elk in the Animas River valley and the great Animas Mountain in the background .The county road adjoining the property is very quiet and is great for a 30 mile bike ride or a leisurely walk. Many professional bike riders use this quiet river valley ride to train for the spring Iron Horse Bicycle Classic and occasionally one will see or hear the narrow gauge train heading for Silverton during the ride. There is a covered tennis court in the pasture for your enjoyment and the East Animas Climbing area is only three minutes away for great leisurely hiking or technical rock climbing.
