background .The county road adjoining the property is
very quiet and is great for a 30 mile bike ride or a
leisurely walk. Many professional bike riders use this
quiet river valley ride to train for the spring Iron
Horse Bicycle Classic and occasionally one will see or
hear the narrow gauge train heading for Silverton during
the ride. There is a covered tennis court in the pasture
for your enjoyment and the East Animas Climbing area is
only three minutes away for great leisurely hiking or
