The Cottage
This private, cozy cottage is nestled on a 19 acre compound in the East Animas Valley (East Animas Road, County Road 250 )just a couple of miles north of the Durango city limits (towards the ski area). You will enter the property through an electronic gated entry and continue on a 500 foot private road toward the Red Hermosa Cliffs. Beyond the cliffs is nothing but forest service land for hundreds of miles. On the property there is a covered private tennis court for your personal use!
Durango Barn

Durango Mountain Chalet
This is a gorgeous private mountain chalet built with huge timbers and a massive rock fireplace in the living area. The eastern wall of the living area is wall to wall huge windows facing the magnificent cliffs in the distance . The oversized master bedroom is on the main floor and also consists of a very large sitting area with a TV. The master bathroom is in the adjacent hallway and includes a jetted bathtub and a nice shower. From the living area take the spiral staircase to the gorgeous loft area. The loft area has a living area with a large LCD TV and soft chairs, sofa etc. Just off the loft area is the upstairs private bedroom and bathroom.
